Bamboo Forest is Harmony Group's sixth and stated flagship residential project, designed with Zrobim Architects. Curved planted facades gather around two pool levels and a walking garden. Inside, the programme runs from compact studios to 247 sqm penthouses; every published format is sold as a finished, furnished living space rather than a bare shell.

The price sheet lists installment prices from ฿5.5M. It also shows a 15% full-payment discount, with totals from ฿4.675M. The exact unit and written total must be reconfirmed.
What is included in the apartment?
Current project notes state that furniture, appliances, textiles and tableware are included. Ask for the unit-specific specification and inventory schedule before signing.
Is it in Layan or Bang Tao?
Sources use both. The approximate available pin is on Layan 1, while the project is marketed within the wider Bang Tao area. Confirm the exact route for a viewing.
When is completion planned?
The current written payment schedule targets 30 Dec 2028. Current site photography was not available, so we do not show a progress percentage.
Are freehold and leasehold available?
The price sheet states costs for both routes. Suitability, quota availability and contract structure require unit-specific legal confirmation.
