Bamboo Forest is Harmony Group's sixth residential project and its flagship, designed with Zrobim Architects. Curved planted facades gather around two pool levels and a walking garden. Inside, the programme runs from compact studios to 247 sqm penthouses; every format is sold as a finished, furnished living space rather than a bare shell.

This is Option 1; a second ten-instalment option runs through Dec 2030. Running costs: ฿100/sqm/month CAM, a ฿700/sqm sinking fund, ฿20,000 for meters and separate ownership registration costs. Every amount is set out in your unit's contract.

What is the current entry price?
Installment prices start from ฿5.5M; paying in full brings a 15% discount, with totals from ฿4.5M. We confirm today's price for your unit in writing.
What is included in the apartment?
Furniture, appliances, textiles and tableware are included. Before you sign, we send the specification and inventory list for your chosen unit.
Is it in Layan or Bang Tao?
Both names are used: the map pin is on Layan 1, within the wider Bang Tao area. We send you the exact route together with your viewing time.
When is completion planned?
The current written payment schedule targets 30 Dec 2028. Current site photography was not available, so we do not show a progress percentage.
Are freehold and leasehold available?
Each route has its own registration costs. Before the reservation, we check which ownership option is open for the unit you choose, including the foreign quota, and set out the costs and the contract structure in the written offer.
